Welcome!  I’m Corinne Olsen. 


I help busy people like yourself become fit, healthy and happy with their bodies so they can continue doing the things they love as they ageand look good too!

  • You struggle to find time and motivation to exercise. Then after a long day of work exercise is the last thing you feel like doing.
  • Your doctor has recommended it’s time to get started on a healthy eating regime and you just don’t know where to start.
  • You’ve dieted before and it just doesn’t work. You are DONE with diets.
  • Or there is this afternoon brain fog that seems to creep up on you every day…and SUCK your energy away.
  • Your energy levels are at an all time low, and you know there is a better way.

If any or all of the above apply, you’re in the right spot. Don’t worry.                  It’s about being you, only better.


It’s my goal to help you get the most out of exercising and eating right- without dieting, deprivation, or spending hours at the gym.
I understand that no two bodies are alike and neither are your goals.  We all have different reasons for being here and I’m here to help you figure out what’s best for you.
When you work with me you’re never left to figure things out on your own.

What I BELIEVE.                                            

My programs simplify fitness and nutrition, while focusing on the body as a whole. Just as important as what we do with our body in terms of exercise, is what we put into our bodies as food.
Food is nourishment that can make or break your fitness regime. What you put into your body affects everything about how you FEEL, both emotionally and physically, and how you perform.
Now I don’t believe in perfection, I believe in more of an 80/20 lifestyle, a whole foods diet and moderation when it comes to the foods we love, and that we should all be moving as possible as we age.


Ultimately I will help you understand what works, and what doesn’t so you can feel your best.


 Here’s my story.

The short version. I love helping people get happy and healthy through fitness and nutrition- and being part of the positive changes it can have on someones life. I’ve studied Kinesiology, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Health Coach always diving into what’s new and staying current with the latest research.

My passion for studying the human body and helping others “find their FIT” has led me to launch my current online business so that I can share my knowledge with you.

The long version. I was always an active kid growing up, I played sports and weight was never an issue. Then University happened! Lack of exercise and processed foods left me feeling horrible, for the first time in my life I was overweight, out of shape and things needed to change. The first step was joining the aerobics program at the local community hall and working exercise back into my routine.

After a few weeks of attending classes I began to look and feel so much better. My clothing fit looser and I could feel I was getting stronger. And with this came the desire to eat better and learn more. The results motivated me to keep going and inspired me to apply for a job at a ladies only fitness club.  And that was the beginning of my career in Health & Fitness. I decided to change majors, quit the nursing program I was in,  switched to studying  Kinesiology.

Fast forward….I have now been an instructor and personal trainer for 25 years- which also means I have had the good fortune of working with many different people under different, sometimes challenging,  circumstances.  I have seen a ton of diets and programs come and go. I know what works, and what doesn’t. I am here to simplify fitness and nutrition for you, so you don’t have to diet or spend hours at the gym anymore. I’m here to help you make the best choices for yourself, so you can achieve your goals in a non stressful way.

 A few random facts about me.









I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian.

We raise sheep, chickens and grow tons of produce on our hobby farm.

Mexico is my favorite vacation destination.

I’ve been married for 20 years, and have  4 kids- 2 girls and 2 boys.

I LOVE Country music!

Hiking with my dogs, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, water skiing and golfing are some of my favorite hobbies.

I’m an avid gardener and love creating new recipes
