Wow, do I feel great! My energy levels are up, my tummy bloat is gone, yes - gone, and I’ve let go of 7 lbs.  I continued on for another week for a total loss of 10lbs and don’t even miss foods that I swapped out.  This was exactly what I needed to start my summer and kick start me to move forward.
